[PROBLEMS] To find further availability of plum extract, which has been widely used as a health food, and raises the body temperature of a hypothermic subject and raises the blood pressure of a hypotensive subject within a normal range. A composition is provided. A composition for promoting health containing purple turmeric and gyoza in addition to plum extract. The composition contains 30 to 60% by weight of plum extract, 10 to 30% by weight of purple turmeric, and 1 to 10% by weight of pepper, and has a round shape. [Selection figure] None |
