An electrostatic charge image developing toner in which clogging in a conveyance path is suppressed is provided. An electrostatic charge image developing toner comprising toner particles and external additive particles adhering to a toner particle surface and irreversibly uniting a plurality of primary particles. The external additive particles are preferably particles having a number average major axis diameter of 0.06 μm or more and 1 μm or less and a shape factor SF2 of 110 or more and 160 or less formed by combining two or more spherical primary particles.
