A color conversion member formed by sequentially laminating N light-transmitting members each containing N types of phosphors that emit fluorescence in the visible light wavelength region when irradiated with excitation light, N is a natural number of 2 or more, and contains, in order in the thickness direction, a first phosphor having a fluorescence wavelength of λ1, and an Nth fluorescence having a fluorescence wavelength of λN from the first light-transmissive member having a refractive index of n1.
