titleOfInvention | Thermosetting polyimide resin composition |
abstract | Provided is a thermosetting polyimide resin composition capable of obtaining a cured product having excellent heat resistance, electrical characteristics, and flexibility, and having excellent storage stability before curing. A polyurethane structure having a residue obtained by removing two phenolic hydroxyl groups from a phenolic compound having two or more phenolic hydroxyl groups in one molecule, and at least two alcoholic hydroxyl groups in one molecule. Thermosetting containing a polyimide resin (A) having a polyurethane structure having a residue obtained by removing two hydroxyl groups from a polyol compound and having the latter content of 50 to 90% by weight, and an epoxy resin (B) Conductive polyimide resin composition.
