titleOfInvention Metal compound, method for producing the same, and paste for conductor
abstract Be OBJECTIVE used as the conductor material firing, harmful SO x and Cl 2 is not generated, provides a noble metal acetate derivatives and acetylide compounds. [Structure] The metal compound of the present invention comprises an acetic acid radical (or a carboxylate group) or an acetylide, a substituted acetylide, an oligomer or an acetylide derivative thereof, and does not contain sulfur or halogen. In addition, since there is no step of using sulfite, harmful SO x and Cl 2 are not generated even when a ceramic paste is produced by producing a conductor paste from the metal compound according to the present invention. The metal compound according to the present invention that does not generate SO x or Cl 2 contributes to the stability of the performance of a finished product such as a ceramic electronic component. Furthermore, since the restriction | limiting of the carbon number of the ligand of a metal compound was eased, the selection range of the said ligand spreads. [Selection figure] None
