abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention has good solubility in an organic solvent, does not generate a corrosive gas when the solution is applied on a substrate and thermally decomposed, and has a pinhole. An object of the present invention is to provide an organic platinum compound in which a continuous platinum thin film having no cracks is formed on a substrate. [Structure] The organoplatinum compound of the present invention can be obtained by reacting dihalogeno (1,5-cyclooctadiene) platinum with a base in the presence of a diphenylacetylene compound. |
