titleOfInvention Curable resin composition for multilayer printed wiring board, thermosetting adhesive film, and multilayer printed circuit board
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition, an adhesive film and a multilayer printed board capable of forming an interlayer insulating resin layer excellent in adhesion, heat resistance, low dielectric constant and the like. A thermosetting resin composition for use in a method for producing a multilayer printed wiring board through a coating film forming step, a drilling step, and a conductor layer forming step on an inner layer circuit board on which a circuit is formed. A thermosetting resin composition containing the polyurethane resin (A) having the structure of the formula (1) or (2) and the epoxy resin (B), and a film containing the composition on a support base film is in a semi-cured state A multilayer printed circuit board in which an interlayer insulating resin layer is formed using the film formed by using the above composition and the film. [Chemical 1] [Chemical 2] (In the formula, X represents a residue obtained by removing two phenolic hydroxyl groups from a phenolic compound having two or more phenolic hydroxyl groups in one molecule.)
