An air purification filter capable of directly sterilizing and purifying microorganisms floating in the air and capable of sterilizing and sterilizing and removing collected microorganisms. A fiber group consisting of the following (a), (b), (c) and (d): (a) -NHR (where R is an alkyl group such as a methyl group), -NH 2 , -C Cellulose fiber, synthetic fiber or glass fiber coated with a polymer having a functional group selected from the functional group consisting of 6 H 5 NH 2 , —CHO, —COOH, —OH; Thereafter, cellulose fiber, synthetic fiber or glass fiber into which —CHO group is introduced; (c) cellulose fiber, synthetic fiber or glass fiber whose fiber surface is subjected to phosphoric acid treatment; (d) containing —NH 2 group or —COOH group. An air purification filter in which a lytic enzyme is immobilized by a covalent bond or an ionic bond on a filter medium made of at least one fiber selected from ion exchange fibers.
