PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually acquire autofluorescence information based on autofluorescence and drug fluorescence information based on drug fluorescence from a test part to which a fluorescent drug is applied. SOLUTION: Excitation light L1 having a wavelength of 750 nm is irradiated to a test part 1 of a subject to which a fluorescent drug has been administered in advance, and fluorescence image information is obtained by imaging the drug fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent drug with a CCD image sensor 107. To do. Moreover, the excitation light L2 with a wavelength of 410 nm is irradiated, and the autofluorescence emitted from the test unit 1 is imaged by the CCD image sensor 107 to acquire autofluorescence information. Since the administered fluorescent agent is a fluorescent agent that is excited by light having a wavelength of 750 nm and not excited by light having a wavelength of 410 nm, the wavelength band of drug fluorescence and the wavelength band of autofluorescence are not mixed. The image based on the autofluorescence information and the image based on the drug fluorescence information are displayed on the monitor 161 in parallel or superimposed. [Selection] Figure 1 |
