abstract |
A fluorescence observation device comprising a light source unit for emitting exciting light for exciting a first phosphor and a second phosphor, a fluorescence detecting unit for detecting first fluorescence emitted when the first phosphor is excited and second fluorescence emitted when the second phosphor is excited, a correction value calculating unit for calculating a correction value for compensating the color mixture of the first fluorescence and the second fluorescence on the basis of the feature values corresponding to the characteristics of the first phosphor and the second phosphor, a detection image creating unit for creating a first detection image corresponding to the result of the detection of the first fluorescence and a second detection image corresponding to the result of the detection of the second fluorescence, and an image correcting unit for correcting according to the correction value the brightness value of the first detection image to a brightness value corresponding to the intensity of the first fluorescence and the brightness value of the second detection image to a brightness value corresponding to the intensity of the second fluorescence. |
