titleOfInvention Micro mass detection chip
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate to an extraction electrode of an integrated micro mass detection chip that forms a ligand on an excitation electrode and detects a reaction state generated on the ligand as a change in mass. It is intended to be able to test DNA. In order to solve the problem, a quartz crystal substrate having a plurality of recesses each separated at a predetermined interval, and excitation electrodes are formed on the front and back of a portion corresponding to the recesses, and biochemistry as a ligand is formed thereon. In a DNA chip configured by fixing specific DNA as a substance, one of the electrodes formed on the main surface of the vibrating part of the DNA chip is formed, and a through hole is formed on a part of the main surface of the DNA chip. By adopting a structure in which the extraction electrode is led out to one side of the DNA chip, the reaction surface side can be sealed as a minute cell, and even a very small amount of sample (analyte) can be measured, thereby achieving the purpose.
