abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel Q in which a plurality of electrodes are made adjacent to a front surface of a quartz substrate and a counter electrode is formed on the back surface of each electrode. In the CM sensor device, the electrode forming portion exposed to the sample has many irregularities, and it is difficult to completely clean the surface for the next measurement. SOLUTION: A crystal substrate 20 has an electrode 2 exposed to a sample. The surface on which 1A to 21D are formed has a flat structure, and this surface is reliably and easily cleaned. One of the electrodes 21 </ b> A to 21 </ b> D or one of the back electrodes thereof is one common electrode, and the surface exposed to the sample is a dug flat surface excluding an edge portion, and the dug portion is used as a sample reservoir.
