titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor in which a cathode part is well formed. A capacitor element 2 of a solid electrolytic capacitor 1 has an anode part 5, a cathode part 6, and an insulating part 7. The anode part 5 is formed of an aluminum substrate 8 subjected to chemical conversion treatment. The insulating portion 7 includes a resist portion 10 formed on the surface of the aluminum base 8 so as to partition the anode terminal region 8a and the cathode forming region 8b of the aluminum base 8, and the surface of the resist portion 10 on the side of the anode terminal region 8a. And a resist portion 11 formed across the surface of the aluminum substrate 8. The resist portion 10 is formed from a hydrophilic resin, and the resist portion 11 is formed from a hydrophobic resin. A solid electrolyte layer 12 is provided on the surface of the cathode forming region 8 b of the aluminum substrate 8, and a conductor layer 15 is formed on the solid electrolyte layer 12, thereby forming the cathode portion 6.
