titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of solid electrolytic capacitor |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solid electrolytic capacitor having good thickness uniformity and low cost. In the step of forming a solid polymer electrolyte layer 14a on an element intermediate M1, the element intermediate M1 is immersed in and extracted from a liquid tank 30 in which a polymer solution P1 is stored, whereby polymerization is performed on the element intermediate M1. Liquid P1 is adhered. The distance d1 between the first inner wall surface 30d and the second inner wall surface 30e of the liquid tank 30 is very narrow and is slightly larger than the thickness of the element intermediate M1. Therefore, the polymerization liquid P1 in the liquid tank 30 has a large surface tension. When the surface tension increases, when the element intermediate M1 is pulled out from the liquid surface, the polymerization liquid P1 attached to the element intermediate M1 is strongly pulled to the liquid surface. As a result, it is possible to draw back the excess polymerization liquid P1 adhering to the element intermediate M1 into the liquid tank 30 by the surface tension while pulling out the element intermediate M1 from the liquid surface.
