PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a metal pattern capable of forming a fine metal pattern without performing an etching process and capable of forming a metal pattern having excellent adhesion between the substrate and the metal film even when the unevenness of the substrate interface is small. It is to provide a method. (A) A step of providing a polymer on a substrate having a functional group that interacts with an electroless plating catalyst or a precursor thereof in a pattern, and (b) on the pattern. And a step of adsorbing or imparting an electroless plating catalyst or a precursor thereof to (c) electroless plating to form a metal film in a pattern. The substrate used here is preferably a substrate having a surface irregularity of 500 nm or less. [Selection] Figure 2 |
