[Solution] (1) A method for producing an α-glycated dipeptide, which comprises causing a protease to act on a peptide having a glycated N-terminus or a protein having a glycated N-terminus. (2) A method for measuring an α-glycated dipeptide, which comprises reacting a fructosyl peptide oxidase with the α-glycated dipeptide obtained by the production method according to item (1), and measuring the generated hydrogen peroxide. [Effect] According to the present invention, there is provided a method for producing an α-glycated dipeptide capable of efficiently and efficiently producing an α-glycated dipeptide from a glycated protein or glycated peptide quickly and easily. The present invention also provides a method for measuring α-glycated dipeptide capable of quantifying α-glycated dipeptide accurately in a short time. [Selection figure] None. |
