titleOfInvention Mold insert for foam van molding
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold insert capable of preventing a fastener element of a fastener piece from becoming dirty during a molding process. A mold insert 10 is disposed between a molding die 13 or a molding magnet and a fastener piece 11 to be molded into a foam-like article. The mold insert 10 complements the various conditions of the surface of the mold 13 and provides a flatter surface for sealing the fastener piece 11, thereby enabling the fastener piece 11 during the molding process. This prevents the zipper element from getting dirty. The mold insert of another embodiment of the present invention is not used with the fastener piece 11, but instead is on the side that is not proximate to the mold 13 to engage the clip or wire. An engaging member is provided, and the clip or wire is embedded in the foam-like article during the molding process. [Selection] Figure 2
