titleOfInvention Integral foaming product of magic fastener and polyurethane and its manufacture
abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate an incompatibility in a fastening part by fitting, attracting and fixing the iron plate part of a composite body bonded in a two- line arrangement to magnet part embedded in two points in a metal mod, foaming a stock solution for a polyuretane foam injected into the metal mold, unifying it with the back side of a magic fastener and removing an iron plate after taking out the product from the mold. CONSTITUTION:The iron plate part in which iron plates 9 and 9' are arranged in two lines and bonded in hook 8 side surface both edges of a fastener 7 is attractingly fixed to magnets 11 and 11' embedded in a longitudinal condition in a metal mold 10 of one side, next, the urethane original liquid injected in the cavity of the metal mold of the other side is foamed, and the anchor loop side of the fastener 7 and polyurethane are unified. After the integral foaming, the product is taken out from the mold and the iron plates and a cover film (when used) are removed.
