PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate which has a hydrophilic surface having high hydrophilicity and excellent durability, and in particular, has improved printing stain resistance and can obtain a large number of high-quality printed materials even under severe printing conditions. A support is provided. SOLUTION: Hydrophilicity obtained by chemically bonding a hydrophilic polymer having a reactive group capable of being chemically bonded to a silicate-treated aluminum substrate directly or via a component having a crosslinked structure.
