The present invention provides a method for detecting IgG using a novel peptide having a binding property to an Fc fragment of IgG or a phage displaying the peptide on the surface as a detection means. SOLUTION: Screening is performed by a phage display method using an IgG Fc fragment derived from various animals as a target substance, and an amino acid sequence of a peptide having a binding property to the target substance is identified. The specific amino acid sequence obtained in this manner, or those amino acid sequences selected from modifications, amino acid residue substitutions, insertions and / or deletions within a range that does not impair the binding of IgG to the Fc fragment. A peptide having the amino acid sequence or a phage displaying the peptide on the surface is used as a means for detecting IgG. [Selection diagram] None |
