PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous and conductive titanium oxide thick film capable of supporting a sufficient amount of a sensitizing dye and a method for synthesizing the same as an electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell. SOLUTION: A paste kneaded with a solution of a titanium compound capable of hydrolyzing the already-prepared fine particle titanium oxide to titanium oxide is applied to a conductive substrate, and the paste film is formed by a hydrothermal reaction with high-pressure steam. Is grown into a titanium oxide crystal that adheres in a porous manner. The obtained film is made to absorb a sensitizing dye and used as an electrode material of a dye-sensitized solar cell. |
