abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a resin composition having excellent transparency, impact strength, rigidity, and surface hardness, and a vehicle member using the same. SOLUTION: A copolymer comprising an unsaturated monomer having a functional group capable of hydrogen bonding with a silanol group and a (meth) acrylic acid monomer has a silanol group on the surface and a part thereof is A resin composition in which a hydrophobized silica compound is dispersed is used. By the hydrophobizing treatment, a sufficient amount of the silica compound can be blended in the copolymer, and the interfacial interaction between the copolymer and the silica compound can be stabilized by the hydrogen bond with the silanol group. When the composition is used, a thermoplastic resin laminate having excellent appearance quality is obtained, and by using this, it can be applied to exterior parts for vehicles.
