abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To improve adhesion between a resin surface and a plating film. The method for forming an electroless plating film on a resin includes performing a surface activation step of rubbing the resin surface with hard particles (S100). (S102), and then perform a surface treatment step of bringing the resin surface into contact with an alkali solution containing a surfactant (S104). Performing an electroless plating step of performing electroless plating on the resin surface after the surface treatment and forming a metal film on the resin surface (S106) This is a method of forming a metal film (plating film) on the resin surface.
