PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially easily and efficiently purifying optically active 1- (trifluoromethylmonosubstituted phenyl) ethylamine, which is an important intermediate of pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals, to high optical purity. . SOLUTION: An optically active 1- (trifluoromethylmonosubstituted phenyl) ethylamine is converted into a salt of an inorganic acid or an organic acid and purified by recrystallization to obtain a high optical purity. |
