PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition and a photosensitive element, in which a photoinitiator hardly dissolves into a plating solution, so that the plating solution is less contaminated. The photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a polymer having a carboxyl group, (B) a polymerizable compound having at least one unsaturated bond, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. A photosensitive resin composition containing bisphenol A polyoxyethylene di (meth) acrylate as component (B) and hexaarylbiimidazole as component (C). |
