SOLUTION: Toner particles containing at least 1.3 parts by weight or more of inorganic particles are externally added to toner particles containing at least a binder resin and a colorant, based on 100 parts by weight of toner particles. A toner for developing an electrostatic latent image having two peaks, wherein the sum of the detached amount of the inorganic fine particles constituting the peak of the weakly attached peak is referred to the "sum of the detached amount of the inorganic fine particles constituting the peak of the strongly adhered peak"" Characterized in that the ratio (adhesion strength ratio) is 10 to 100%, and two or more kinds of inorganic fine particles are strongly adhered to the toner particles.
