titleOfInvention Toner for electrostatic image development, developer, image forming apparatus and process cartridge
abstract The present invention provides a toner capable of maintaining a constant image density during development for a long period of time and extending the life of a developer. SOLUTION: Each developer is partitioned by partition members 133, 134, and has three developer transport paths including a developer supply transport path 9, a developer recovery transport path 7, and the developer stirring transport path 10. The path 10 and the developer recovery transport path 7 are provided at substantially the same height, and the developer supply transport path 9 is used for the developing device 4 provided so as to be positioned above the other two developer transport paths. Toner containing at least inorganic fine particles to be dispersed in pure water containing 0.5 wt% of a surfactant is subjected to ultrasonic vibration (output 20 W, frequency 20 KHz) for 1 minute, and then applied to the toner particles. A toner for developing an electrostatic charge image, wherein the adhesion rate of adhering inorganic fine particles is 90% or more. [Selection] Figure 2
