abstract The present invention relates to 11 beta -substituted 14,17-ethanoestratrienes of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R<1> is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C12-alkanoyl, a benzoyl, a straight-chain or branched C1-C12-alkyl, a C3-C7-cycloalkyl or a C4-C8-alkylcycloalkyl group, R<2> is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C12-alkanoyl group and R<3> is a group <IMAGE> where n is 0, 1 or 2, and R<4> and R<5> independently of one another are a hydrogen atom or a straight-chain or branched C1-C8-alkyl group, which can also be partly fluorinated, to a process for the preparation thereof, to the pharmaceutical products containing these compounds, and to the use thereof for producing medicines.
