A biophysically derivatized yeast preparation is proposed which has a breath-increasing activity compared to liver homogenate, contains an L-amino acid oxidase inhibition factor and is also characterized by wound healing activity and a RES-activating effect. The process for the preparation of the yeast preparation provides for the treatment of a starting yeast, possibly with the addition of a liquid carrier, until an easily resuspendable mass is obtained, after which a brief thermal shock treatment is carried out until gases formed by fermentation escape. In addition, feed and plant growth solutions with additions of these biophysically derivatized yeasts are proposed. |
