Weiterer Gegestand der Erfindung sind Zwischenprodukte zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel I. Aminopropanol derivatives of the formula I. in the A valence, a lower alkylene chain or a CO-CH 2 group, X valence or a carbonyl group, B an alkylene chain, which can also be part of a cycloalkyl ring, n the numbers 1 to 3, R, hydrogen, alkyl or the group -B- (ON0 2 ) n or, if A is the group -CO-CH 2 - and X is valence, R, with the nitrogen atom and a carbon atom of the chain B one represents aliphatic heterocycle, R 2 usual substituents and R 3 represents an alkyl or nitroxy-alkyl group, and their physiologically tolerable salts, processes for their preparation and medicaments which contain these compounds. Another object of the invention are intermediates for the preparation of compounds of formula I.
