abstract According to the present invention, a filler composition is provided. The filler composition is filled in a defect or hollow rortion of bone. The filler composition comprises fibrin and a calcium phosphate compound. The present invention also provides a kit or set for the preparation of the filler composition. The kit or set comprises at least two containers. One container includes fibrinogen and the other container includes thrombin. The kit or set further contains a calcium phosphate compound and calcium chloride.
