Dairy products and dairy analogue products are sweetened with N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L-α-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester. Dairy products include milk (from various species and of various milkfat content), enzyme treated milk, filled milk, cream, creamers, cultured milk, milk concentrates, dry milk, fluid and dried whey, fluid and dry milk based desserts and beverages, and fluid and dry aerated desserts and toppings. The dairy products also include frozen cultured milk products, such as frozen yogurt, and frozen fluid dairy products, such as ice cream, ice milk, sherbet, custards and french ice cream, mellorine, novelties, and the like. Dairy analogue products include soy milk, soy powder, caseinates, and non-dairy coffee whiteners, as well as frozen products such as sorbet and non-dairy novelties. |
