The invention relates to a method for the diagnostic detection of diseases which are linked to protein deposits (pathological protein deposits) by measuring an association of substructures of said pathological protein deposits, structures which form pathological protein deposits, structures which correspond to pathological protein deposits and/or pathological protein deposits as a probe with substructures of the pathological deposits, structures which form pathological deposits, structures which correspond to pathological protein deposits and/or pathological protein deposits as a target. The invention is characterised in that the target is detected in liquid phase; in the case of detecting Alzheimer diseases, the liquid phase is obtained from bodily fluids or is a bodily fluid. The association of the probe with the target must be measured before a self-aggregation of the probe becomes dominant. |
