abstract The invention concerns a solid composition of a water-insoluble cellulose derivative containing an effective amount of at least a 1-arylpyrazole derivative more particularly a composition in which the 1- arylpyrazole derivative is distributed homogeneously in the insoluble cellulose derivative, in particular in the form of a solid solution. The invention also concerns a method for preparing the above compositions and their use in fighting against insect pests, particularly against termites.
