abstract |
The present invention relates to purified and isolated polynucleotides encoding a polypeptide which specifically bind to a cytoplasmic portion of an integrin. Specifically, the invention provides an FLP-1-encoding polynucleotide and the polypeptide product of the gene. Expression vectors comprising the polynucleotide, antibodies which recognize the polypeptide, hybridomas which secrete the antibodies, and method to identify modulators of interaction of the polypeptide with β7 subunits sequences are also provided. |
