abstract A dermatologic preparation containing a furan derivative represented by general formula (1) as the active ingredient, wherein X represents optionally substituted furan, benzofuran or isobenzofuran residue; and R?1 and R2¿ represent each C¿1?-C8 linear, branched or cyclic alkyl which may be substituted by X-CH2-N(R?3¿)- (wherein R3 represents C¿1?-C6 linear or branched alkyl; and X is as defined above), or R?1 and R2¿ together with the adjacent nitrogen atom may form a heterocycle which may be substituted by X-CH¿2?- (wherein X is as defined above). The preparation is excellent in the effect of inhibiting wrinkling due to exposure to ultraviolet radiations, especially UV-B, and hence useful for the inhibition of wrinkling.
