abstract Antigenic protein consisting of a 150 10 kDa glycoprotein determined by electrophoresis of the SDS-PAGE type in reducing conditions, expressed on the surface of T-cell lymphocytes in human blood. The present invention also concerns the protein in its dimeric form having a disulphide bond and a molecular weight of 300 20 kDa. The invention further relates to antibodies directed against a protein of the invention, hybridoma lineages and the diagnostic and therapeutic application of proteins and antibodies according to the invention.
