Antiallergy and anti-inflammatory compounds of formula (I), wherein R is phenyl or substituted phenyl; R?1 and R2¿ are H, C¿1?-C6 alkyl, or they are joined to complete a fused benzene ring; R?3¿ is OH, C¿1?-C6 alkoxy, aryl (C1-C4)alkoxy or NR?4R5¿ wherein each of R?4 and R5¿ is independently H or C¿1?-C6 alkyl or they may be joined to form a ring; and Het is a 5 or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic group which may optionally be fused to a benzene or further heterocyclic ring either of which may be optionally substituted. |
