Manufacturing process of durable shaped models and devices consisting of mixing a liquid binding composition made of phenolic resin and poly-isocyanate, on the one hand with an inert filler, such as gypsum, pulverulent schist, ball bearing dust, sand, metal powder, granulated aluminium, quartz sand, swelling clay, glass or wood fibres, and on the other hand with a pyridinic compound acting as an accelerator. This process is essentially used for shaping models, moulded cores, as well as moulded plates. such as those shaped by joineries specialized in the preparation of models. According to this process, it is also possible to manufacture moulded objects having dielectric properties. |
