abstract Disclosed are a combined chemotherapeutic and immune drug, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. A PTX micelle based on PEG-P(CL-DTC) is designed, and the technical effect in the treatment of breast cancer (TNBC) of combined use of the PTX micelle and a vesicle (CPs-CDN) that carries the stimulator of interferon gene (STING) pathway agonist cyclic dinucleotide (CDN) and that has an asymmetric membrane structure is researched. Experiments show that combined use with the CPs-CDN promotes maturation of more BMDCs, significantly increases tumor and spleen CD4 + T-cell and CD8 + T-cell quantities while reducing inhibitory T reg cells, so that tumor growth and lung metastasis are significantly inhibited, and the lifespan of mice is prolonged, demonstrating the advantages of chemotherapy immunotherapy.
