(In formula (1), R 1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkenyl group; R 2 is a C6-14 long-chain alkyl group I; R 3 is a C15-18 long-chain alkyl group II; R 4 is a methyl group or an ethyl group; w, x, y, and z represent the number of the respective structural units; in terms of the total of w, x, y, and z, the percentage of x is 5 to 80%, the percentage of y is 15 to 80%, and the total percentage of x and y is 80% to 100%; and further, x/y is 0.1 to 10.) This invention addresses the problem of providing a silicone resin that retains softness while having a high thermal conductivity. |
