An oil-in-water modified silicone emulsion composition characterized by comprising the components. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The oil-in-water modified silicone emulsion composition of the present invention is characterized by excellent stability and less environmental burden and human problems. Such an oil-in-water modified silicone emulsion composition of the present invention can be suitably used as a mold release agent for die casting, and can also be used as various mold release agents.
