abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing live natural raw chlorella which can be consumed naturally and has a high digestibility and absorption rate, the method comprising: (a) a mixed solution preparation step of preparing a mixed solution by mixing a nutrient source including protein and minerals with water; (b) a mixed solution heating step of heating the prepared mixed solution; (c) a culture solution preparation step of preparing a culture solution; (d) a culture solution aging step of aging the culture solution; (e) a primary culture step of culturing and proliferating raw chlorella in the aged culture solution; and (f) a secondary culture step of exposing a culture tank containing the primary cultured live chlorella to sunlight to culture and proliferate the live chlorella. |
