The present application relates to spreadable, margarine-type products with a fat content of between 58% and 70%, which use natural flavouring techniques together with crystallisation processes to reduce the sodium content by between 40% and 50% with respect to the equivalent product not reduced in sodium, without affecting the salty taste perception of the product. |
