Inorganic porous substrate, inorganic porous support, and nucleic acid production method |
abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an inorganic porous substrate which can be served as a precursor of an inorganic porous support capable of further improving purity or the like in an efficient nucleic acid production method, particularly in the production of a nucleic acid; an inorganic porous support; and a method for producing a nucleic acid using the inorganic porous support. The present invention provides: an inorganic porous substrate having silyl groups respectively represented by (i) and (ii) and having the characteristic properties (iii) to (v); an inorganic porous support derived from the inorganic porous substrate; and a method for producing a nucleic acid using the inorganic porous support. (i) A silyl group (A): a silyl group represented by formula (i-1); (ii) a silyl group (B): at least one silyl group selected from the group consisting of silyl groups respectively represented by (ii-1), (ii-2) and (ii-3); (iii) the particle diameter is 1 μm or more; (iv) the pore diameter is 20 nm or more; and (v) the cumulative pore volume in a pore diameter range of 40 to 1000 nm is more than 0.32 mL/g and 4 mL/g or less. |
