Method by which brain with alzheimer's disease recovers from brain wave damage by using optogenetics |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method by which a brain with Alzheimer's disease recovers from brain wave damage by using optogenetics. The method by which a brain with Alzheimer's disease recovers from brain wave damage, of the present invention, does not directly damage neurons through photostimulation instead of electrostimulation, and uses optogenetics so as to specify inhibitory neurons related to brain wave damage caused by Alzheimer's disease, and then selectively use light through optogenetics so as to regulate the activity of damaged neurons, thereby enabling a brain with Alzheimer's disease to recover from damaged brain waves to a normal level. |
