Disclosed are nano antibacterial glucosyl composite particles and a processing method and an application therefor, relating to the technical field of modern food processing. Using natural glucose-based nanoparticles as a raw material, particle surface location modification and physical field charge transfer techniques are used to prepare nano antibacterial composite particles. The obtained nano antibacterial glucosyl composite particles have a particle diameter of 50-1000 nm, a surface zeta potential of 0 to -10 mV, and a broad-spectrum antibacterial rate of >98%, can effectively prolong the shelf life of food, preventing product spoilage, and can be used in various fields such as food, textiles, daily chemicals, and medicine, having wide application prospects. |
