abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a urethane adhesive which has good balance among properties and exhibits excellent flexibility, while having low temperature dependence of viscoelasticity from low temperatures to high temperatures, and which exhibits excellent adhesion to a polar adherend, while being easily controlled in terms of molecular weight increase, thereby enabling the achievement of an adhesive film that has high strength and low possibility of contaminating an adherend. The present invention is an adhesive which contains a polyurethane resin that comprises, as essential constituent monomers, (A) a polyol component that does not have an amino group and (B) an isocyanate component, wherein: the weight average molecular weight of the polyurethane resin is from 50,000 to 2,000,000; the polyol component (A) that does not have an amino group contains (a1) a polyoxyalkylene polyol; the polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) has a hydroxypropyl group at an end of the molecule; the polyoxyalkylene polyol (a1) has a primary hydroxyl group content of 40% or more; and the 180 degree peel strength as determined at peeling rate of 300 mm/minute at 23°C after being compression bonded to a glass plate by means of a 2 kg roller is from 5 to 50 N/25 mm. |
