abstract |
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a dispersion in which a poorly soluble substance is dispersed at a nano-order particle diameter in a dispersion medium without using a highly toxic organic solvent as the dispersion medium. More specifically, the present invention is a method for manufacturing a dispersion in which a substance that is poorly soluble in a dispersion medium containing a surfactant is dispersed, as a medium, at nanoscale particle diameters in the dispersion medium, wherein the method includes: readying a solution in which the poorly soluble substance and the surfactant are dissolved in a good solvent; rapidly cooling the solution at a temperature decrease speed of 100-4000 °C/second to a temperature at which the poorly soluble substance precipitates in the solution; generating ultrafine particles of the poorly soluble substance having a nanoscale particle diameter in the good solvent; and (i) mixing a dispersion medium into the solution and then separating the good solvent from the mixture of the solution and the dispersion medium, or (ii) separating the good solvent from the solution and then mixing the dispersion medium. |
