abstract |
The invention relates to a method for bulk preparation of an epoxidised diene polymer in a tool for processing rubber, which method comprises at least two separate additions of a solid epoxidation agent. The method of the invention makes it possible to achieve an epoxidation rate that is comparable to the epoxidation rates achieved in a method where the diene polymer is epoxidised in solution, with a yield greater than or equal to 85%. |
